Urban Capital Group – Candidature BeExemplary 2019
Urban Capital Group applies for BeExemplary 2019 with innovative and sustainable project ‘Martini Green’ in Brussels.
On 25 June 2019, Urban Capital Group participated in the BeExemplary competition, a competition for projects to promote and reward exemplary, sustainable and innovative new construction and renovation projects in the Brussels-Capital Region, in terms of urban development.
1. Martini Green, a visionary reconversion project
Urban Capital Group applied for a new construction project ‘Martini Green’, the reconversion of the former Bacardi-Martini depot into an extremely sustainable and attractive living and working project, located in the upcoming Canal and Tour&Taxi zone in Brussels.
2. Four predefined challenges
Given the innovative and sustainable aspect of this project, we could not miss this opportunity, says Levi Dewaegenaere, CEO of Urban Capital Group. With ‘Martini Green’ we are able to meet the challenges in the field of architecture and urbanism, environment, social and recycling economy in a progressive way, according to Levi Dewaegenaere.
3. Subsidies as an incentive
At the end of this year, we will know whether our ‘Martini Green’ project has been selected as a laureate and, if so, what subsidy we will receive, says levi Dewaegenaere of Urban Capital Group. Given the high financial costs of realising a leading sustainable concept today, some additional financial support is welcome, according to Levi Dewaegenaere.
