Urban Capital Group and partners launch the Berckendael project

On October 12, 2010 Levi Dewaegenaere and Inge Caes proudly invited a selection of preferred guests to the presentation of the exclusive Berckendael project in Brasschaat. Levi Dewaegenaere welcomed his guests in the monumental Brasschaat chateau and Inge Caes presented the project as commercial manager. Architect Jan Veelaert, alderman for town planning Myriam Van Honste and mayor of Brasschaat Dirk de Kort also attended the event as speakers. Marc Van Goethem, manager of a leading bank, gave an exposé on the place of residential property in an investment portfolio. To end the night in style, Levi Dewaegenaere invited his guests to a dinner in the magnificent banquet room of the chateau.
